8″ granite molcajate mortar & pestle traditional for making Guacamole
- Wash the molcajete with water then clean with a stiff bristle brush.
- Grind up several cloves of garlic into a paste in the molcajete. You can also use onion, a combination of onion and garlic, cumin seeds, dry grains of rice, rock salt, or cilantro. Spread the paste all around the inside of the mortar.
- Let the molcajete rest 24 hours.
- Rinse well. You’re ready to go!
